Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of product — ready pieces typically ship within 2–4 days, while customised orders may take 7–20 days depending on design complexity and region/country. You will receive order updates through WhatsApp, email, or SMS once your purchase is confirmed. Delivery charges may apply depending on location and order size, and will be communicated at checkout or before finalising your custom order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
