
Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted and customised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed — especially for personalised pieces made with customer names, photos, flowers, or specific designs. Each item is handmade with care, and natural variations are expected in resin work and dried-flower arrangements. These variations do not qualify as defects.

In the rare case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement compensation. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
